If you are not completely satisfied with your art supplies purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

2. Master Classes Refunds

Due to the nature of online master classes, refunds are generally not offered once the class has been accessed or attended. However, if you are unable to attend a master class due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to discuss possible alternatives, such as rescheduling or receiving credit for a future class. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues preventing access to the class.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
